Voice & video tools for agents: ElevenLabs, Frase and the rest, compared by job

Guide #22 · 7 min read · By Agent AI Toolkit · Published 5 Nov 2026 · Updated 5 Nov 2026

'Best AI tool' lists fail agents because the tools do different jobs. Match the job first.

Job 1: Narration for walkthroughs and social video

This is ElevenLabs' category: text-to-speech natural enough for listing narration and market-update voiceovers. Published terms: 22% affiliate for 12 months, 90-day cookie — again, the reason it's recommended everywhere. The honest test is your own listing script on the free tier, played through a phone speaker.

Job 2: Local content that ranks

Frase-class tools help structure neighbourhood guides and market posts around what searchers actually ask. On Frase itself the status is disputed: Frase (content/SEO): 30% recurring for 12 months, 60-day cookie, $100 minimum, more than 1 active referred customer required — BUT Frase's own page still lists these terms and an application, while Superframeworks re-verified 8 Oct 2026 at Frase's official page says 'Program is not accepting new affiliates as of October 2026'. Do not build around Frase until frase.io/partners/affiliates is re-checked live. This site's neighbourhood-guide workflow teaches the method, not the tool.

Job 3: Quick listing video

Slideshow-plus-voiceover (guide #8) covers most listings. Dedicated AI video generators earn their cost only if you publish video weekly; below that cadence, they're subscriptions in search of a habit.

The pattern

ElevenLabs pays 22% for 12 months (11% Business, 0% Enterprise, 90-day hold before payout); Murf pays 20% for up to 24 months; Frase's 30% is disputed — see Monetization. Other video tools named in this guide have no affiliate rate stated here. That's the niche's real economics — and exactly why your defence is the free-tier trial, run on your own listings, scored on your own edit time.
