From showing notes to a client summary in one paste

Guide #19 · 5 min read · By Agent AI Toolkit · Published 5 Nov 2026 · Updated 5 Nov 2026

After five showings your notes are voice memos, glovebox scribbles and half-sentences. Turning them into a summary the buyer actually reads is a perfect AI task — it's your material, reorganised.

The workflow

  1. Dictate raw impressions immediately after each showing, while the kitchen smell is still in your nose.
  2. At day's end, paste all of it in and ask for: one short paragraph per property, a comparison of the top two, and any follow-up questions the notes imply.
  3. Send the summary with your own first and last line added.

The privacy rule

Client notes are client data. Use tools whose terms you're comfortable with, strip surnames and contact details before pasting into any tool you're unsure about, and never put financial details — pre-approval figures, account information — into a general AI chat. Convenience never outranks a client's confidentiality.
