Follow-up emails in two minutes (that don't sound automated)
Buyers can smell a template. The fix isn't writing every email from scratch — it's one genuine line inside a solid draft.
The rule
Before sending any AI-drafted follow-up, insert one specific detail from the actual interaction: the kitchen island they measured, the school run they mentioned, the dog's name. One line converts a template into a message.
A working structure
- Subject: the property or the next step, nothing clever.
- Line one: the personal detail.
- Lines two–three: the useful content — answer, document, or next step.
- Close: one question that's easy to answer. 'Thursday or Friday better for a second look?' outperforms 'let me know your thoughts.'
The Follow-Up Email Writer in the Tools section drafts to exactly this structure. Your two minutes go on the personal line and the send — which is where they always belonged.
