The open-house promo kit: flyer copy, posts and reminders from one prompt

Guide #9 · 5 min read · By Agent AI Toolkit · Published 5 Nov 2026 · Updated 5 Nov 2026

Open-house marketing is five small pieces of writing, always the same five. Write the facts block once and generate all of them.

The facts block

Address, date, hours, price, beds/baths/sq ft, parking note, one standout feature, RSVP or just-show-up. Paste it into your tool and ask for each piece in turn.

The five pieces

  1. Flyer headline + 60 words — feature-led, not adjective-led.
  2. Announcement post — three days out, with the best exterior photo.
  3. Morning-of post — shorter, with hours and parking.
  4. Reminder text to registered leads — under 40 words, one link, no hype.
  5. Thank-you message — written before the event, sent within two hours after, while the house is still in their heads.

Writing the thank-you in advance is the step everyone skips and the one that converts — after the open house you're tired, and tired agents don't follow up.
